Customer Info & Holiday Schedule

  • We allot each customer a weekly MAX of 1 full bin plus 1-2 extra bags on the side ( please put heavier bags inside of the actual bin so nothing too heavy or bulky - 20 lb max weight/bag outside bin).

  • 3-6" broken down/stacked cardboard per week  ( strict limitations to avoid jamming trucks & reduce truck's carrying capacity ( please review " Important Info" page for more info )

  • We ask customers to reach out ahead of time if you'll ever have additional trash ( preferably send a text or photo that shows the extra amounts )

  • Higher amounts are subject to an extra fee for one-time occurrences

  • We'll recommend or require additional bins if excessive amounts continue 

  • These limits ensure our trucks have capacity to get everyone's garbage. Please review our website for details on Service Policies & Requirements that all customers are expected to abide by
